Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return most items per our Return Policies + Procedures (outlined below). 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order fulfillment.
  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • All orders will incur a flat $5 return shipping & handling cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Once a return is initiated, a shipping label will be generated. Customers will see an estimated refund equal the amount of item(s) returned, minus the  $5 flat rate return shipping & handling fee. 
  • Upon initiating your return, you will be provided with a new packing slip listing the items you are sending back. This packing slip must be included in the package (so we know who it came from!).
  • After your return is received, in most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused or a store credit may be issued. 
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. a percentage off, dollar off amount, free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • If the value of the merchandise you are returning is over $400, your return could be subject to additional return shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • On the rare occasion that your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement immediately.

You acknowledge and agree that goods produced by us for you are bespoke, custom-made goods and orders are processed quickly after they are received. We do not allow cancellations after 24 hours when an order is placed. 


Please contact our customer service with your Order ID number to initiate an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for items that are equal or lesser in value than the original purchase item.

Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and clearly indicate the product name and info of the exchange item. We will reship the order free of charge and email you once the exchange has been made.
